  • 2 ½ cups milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 2 ½ tbsp coconut oil
  • Your choice of chocolate fillings, we used:
    • Peanut butter
    • Peanuts with peanut butter
    • Coconut shreds
    • Caramel chews

  • Plastic Ice Cube Tray
  • Microwave safe bowl or measuring cup

  1. Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe measuring cup or bowl
  2. Microwave the chocolate in 30 second intervals until melted
  3. Fill the ice cube tray about ⅓ full with your melted chocolate
  4. Tilt the tray and rotate to make sure that the melted chocolate coats every side of the ice cube slot
  5. Put the tray in the freezer for 5 minutes
  6. Remove from freezer and fill with your favorite treats – We used peanut butter, coconut shreds, caramel chews, and peanuts with peanut butter
  7. Pour the rest of the melted chocolate over the fillings until they are covered by a layer of chocolate
  8. Tap the ice cube tray on the table to allow the air bubbles to escape and the chocolate to settle
  9. Freeze for 1 Hour
  10. Remove the tray from the freezer and lightly twist the ice cube tray as if you were trying to release ice
  11. Turn the tray upside down over wax paper or parchment paper to catch the chocolates
  12. Chocolates are ready to serve, or to box up and give as a gift!
