GARLIC PARMESAN POPCORN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 cups popped popcorn (from 1/2 cup kernels or a 3.3-ounce bag microwave popcorn)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix melted butter and garlic, and pour evenly over popped popcorn
  2. sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cayenne
  3. Toss to coat, then serve!

 

COOKIES & CREAM POPCORN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 cups popped popcorn (from 1/2 cup kernels or a 3.3-ounce bag microwave popcorn)
  • 12 oreo cookies
  • 1 bag of white chocolate morsels (11-12 oz)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine 10 ounces of white chocolate and 2 tablespoons coconut oil and melt
  2. Crush the 12 oreo cookies (we recommend to put cookies in a ziploc bag then use a rolling pin to crush)
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the popped popcorn
  4. Top with crushed oreos, and toss to coat
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 10 minutes to let the chocolate set

 

RANCH POPCORN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 cups popped popcorn (from 1/2 cup kernels or a 3.3-ounce bag microwave popcorn)
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 ounce packet of Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp chives

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pour melted butter over popcorn
  2. Sprinkle packet of ranch seasoning evenly over popcorn, then add chives
  3. Toss to coat, then serve!

 

CARAMEL CRUNCH POPCORN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 cups popped popcorn (from 1/2 cup kernels or a 3.3-ounce bag microwave popcorn)
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cashews, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Spread popcorn across a greased baking sheet
  2. In a small saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil, stirring constantly, to make the caramel
  3. Pour hot caramel carefully over the popcorn
  4. Sprinkle crushed cashews over the top
  5. Let popcorn sit for 1 minute, then pour in a bowl and serve.
