  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 bag frozen potatoes
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, diced
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables



  1. In small bowl mix alfredo sauce, water, and salt
  2. Layer half each of the potatoes, chicken, frozen vegetables and sauce
  3. Repeat layers ending with the alfredo sauce
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours
